How do I get a library card?

Library membership is free. Register in person.

How do I view my account online?

Visit the library catalogue at tracpac.ab.ca. Log in with the barcode number from your library card and your PIN.

What is my PIN/PASSWORD?

Your default PIN/PASSWORD is the last four digits of your phone number. If you are unsure of your PIN/PASSWORD or would like to reset it, contact us.

How do I search for library items?

Search for books, eBooks, audiobooks, DVDs, video games, and more using the online catalogue TRACpac.

How do I place a hold?

Place holds in person, by phone, or online.

How do I renew my borrowed items?

Renew items in person, by phone, or online.

What happens if I return library items past the due date?

Bighorn Library does not charge overdue fines. We respectfully ask that you return library materials on time so other library users can access them.
